Two down, one to go!
We received an update on our case recently that we are through the local PGN department with authorization to have someone at the Civil Registry sign the cedula (ID card for our birthmother). Hooray! As soon as we get the signature, our file can re-enter the adoption section of PGN! We are praying that this will happen quickly and smoothly. The adoption section of PGN seems to be taking a bit longer than it was a few months ago, so please pray for that process to speed up. We want to get this baby home!!!
